Share any listing as a .plf file — one listing in the RESO standard format, like a contact card for a home. Each file carries its publication date, and opening it checks the live listing.

Updates stay behind sign-in

The file travels freely; the current details don't. They're shown only to the people and groups the listing's author chose, and anyone else can ask for access.

Groups you run

Start or join groups with their own logo, About and rules — open to any pro, or by invitation. Admins can approve posts before they appear, and remove them.

Your MLS is a group, too

Groups for MLS PIN agents and for each office fill themselves from verified MLS membership, so reaching them is a choice when you publish — not another syndication feed.
